Truffle Hunting Experience
In fact, in the Summer you can follow the truffle hunter and his truffle hounds in search of the famous black truffle, while in the Fall we'll be hunting for the legendary white truffle. Truffle hunter will explain everything to you and answer all of your questions about truffles and the truffle hunting world.
After the hunting in the woods, the host will welcome us all back home with a truffle-based tuscan brunch: you will taste different combinations of truffle with other kinds of food, from classic eggs "frittata" to "mascarpone" or amazing "tortelli". Moreover, host will teach you how to perfectly match Chianti wine with truffle-based dishes.
