From Print to Web3: Our Journey
The Adventure Collective began as a print magazine in Asheville, NC in 2013, covering the Southeast's best outdoor destinations. Over the years, we evolved from traditional travel guides to innovative digital experiences. Today, we're pioneering a tokenized ecosystem that rewards adventurers around the globe for discovering, documenting, and sharing their outdoor experiences.
Print Magazine Origins
The Adventure Collective was launched as a print magazine covering outdoor hotspots in the Southeast from our homebase in Asheville, NC.
Digital Innovation
We published one of the first augmented reality magazines in conjunction with PlayAR and continued to innovate in the hybrid landscape of print and digital.
National Expansion
We began working on revamping The Adventure Collective to lay the groundwork for what it is today by expanding our coverage to additional cities.
Platform Revamp
We began a full revamp of the platform to lay the foundation for our expanded vision and the transition into web3 technology.
Digital Relaunch & $ADVCOIN Token
We re-launched with a comprehensive mobile app, web platform, and our Camp LaunchPad utility token on the Solana network.
Guided Experiences & Legendary Landmarks
Through a partnership with Fareharbor, we added over 20,000 Guided Experiences to our platform. With additional features currently in development, The Adventure Collective is moving forward on the trail to become the go-to web destination for adventure.
