Mu Ko Lanta National Park encompasses an archipelago of more than 50 islands in Krabi Province, southern Thailand. Established in 1990, the park spans both land and sea, featuring rugged cliffs, dense rainforests, white sandy beaches, and vibrant coral reefs. The park is renowned for its biodiversity, hosting species like the crab-eating macaque, monitor lizards, and numerous bird species. The rich marine environment supports a variety of marine life, making it an ideal spot for snorkeling and diving. Among the notable islands are Ko Lanta Yai and Ko Lanta Noi, which offer hiking trails through lush forests, as well as historical sites showcasing the culture of the Sea Gypsies.
