The night sky in Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks is among the darkest in California, offering a spectacular stargazing experience. Join us for our naked-eye astronomy program, where you'll embark on a visual journey through the stars and constellations.
We'll begin with introductions and a safety talk at the Wuksachi Lodge Lobby before heading out on our adventure. The program lasts one hour, concluding back at our starting point.
Visitors can also enjoy both this program and our Golden Hour Sequoia Sunset walk on the same evening.

Group Reservations: No group reservations permitted; each participant, including infants, must have an individual reservation.
Location: Approximately a 20-minute drive north of the Giant Forest Museum, a 75-minute drive north from the town of Three Rivers, and a 45-minute drive east from Grant Grove.
