Enjoy a full day of outdoor adventure exploring and discovering Jackson Hole and Grand Teton National Park. This tour is fully customized for your private group. Choose to start the day wildlife viewing in mixed habitats with lunch at historic Dornan’s in Moose and an afternoon of snowshoeing or cross‐country skiing. Or choose to spend the full day in the backcountry with a picnic lunch in the spectacular winter landscape.
For your comfort and safety, dress for the weather and temperatures, we suggest warm layers (non‐cotton) with a waterproof outer layer, hat, gloves, and insulated waterproof boots. Temperature changes can vary greatly and winter weather can be windy and cold. Hand and toe warmers can be helpful. Bring sunglasses or goggles for protection from the sun, even on cloudy days. Boots and cross-country skis can be rented locally. Please inquire.
We provide: Naturalist or biologist guide, interpretive materials, transportation, optics, snowshoes, gaiters, ski poles, snacks, waistpack or backpack, and bottled water.
You bring: Hat, gloves and neck gaiter. Be sure to dress in layered clothing with a waterproof outer layer. Wear warm, waterproof boots if snowshoeing. Hand and toe warmers can be helpful. Cross-country skis can be rented locally.
