The Junior Ranger experience at Staglands Wildlife Reserve invites young animal lovers, aged 7-13, to explore animal care up close. Participants will engage in feeding, learn about animal enrichment, and enjoy a personal connection with a ranger. Each child leaves with a certificate and a return voucher, making it truly memorable.

Give your young animal lover the unforgettable gift of working with animals! The Junior Ranger experience offers a hands-on, behind the scenes view of what’s involved in looking after the animals at Staglands Wildlife Reserve.
Recommended for children aged 7 - 13 years as participants are required to walk large distances. Younger children may be considered at the Rangers' discretion. Must be accompanied by one adult who can enter for free.
Free entry for Junior Ranger Experience participants plus one accompanying adult One-to-one experience with a Staglands Ranger Go behind the scenes and learn about animal enrichment and house-keeping. Get up close and personal with a wide variety of animals. Prepare the food for the animals and then help feed them. Enjoy a complimentary hot or cold drink & snack with The Ranger. Go home with a special certificate and free voucher to come back again! Note: additional adults will be offered our group admission rate of $24.00, however they cannot accompany the Junior Ranger.
