Santorini is preparing to host at the end of next week one of the most impressive events of the autumn, Volcanoes 2024, the virtual representation of the volcanic eruption, with impressive fireworks from Nea Kameni. The event is an institution of more than 30 years, which highlights the cultural and natural heritage of the place, while at the same time promoting the island on an international level.
The reenactment will take place on the evening of Saturday 21/9 at 21:00 and will be visible to the public from all over the caldera, offering a unique spectacle for the residents and companions of Santorini and Thirasia.
