Instead of a mat, we use a board–and the slightly unstable surface which works your musculature system in a different way than a regular practice. And, what could be more peaceful than doing your asanas while in the ocean–completely surrounded by nature. Our classes are held in a calm cove–so you can focus on your poses instead of moving your board around. Our stand up paddleboards are very stable. All of our instructors carry a paddleboard yoga certification.
Always verify calm water and gentle tides before your session to ensure board stability during yoga poses.
