About This Adventure

Duration: 75 minutes

About

The Kyles of Bute are rightly known across the world for their stunning beauty and are particularly spectacular in early evening when the light is very special. The steep tree lined hills and narrow waterway are a haven for wildlife. The area is dotted with small islands and we will sail around one of the most famous, Eilean Dubh (Black Island) and up Loch Ruel with its gentle tidal shallows.

We pass the small car ferry that crosses between Rhubodach on Bute and Colintraive on the mainland.

Bird watchers will be able to spot eider ducks, oystercatchers and herons (If they can take their eyes off the stunning scenery).

We take our time on this trip moving a bit slower so as to enjoy the water.

Please note that all trips are subject to having enough numbers/passengers.
