iSurf - Community, Camaraderie, & Confidence operates from the University of California–Santa Barbara and provides a wide range of guided water-sport lessons and youth surf camps along Santa Barbara’s coastline. The organization focuses on building community, camaraderie, and confidence through hands-on instruction and equipment-inclusive experiences.
E-foil programming includes single E-Foil Lessons and a Pack of 2 E-Foil Lessons. Each E-foil session begins with essential land-based training and progresses to on-water practice with top-quality boards and safety gear provided, giving participants the opportunity to learn the mechanics of electric foil riding in a supervised setting.
Surf instruction covers two-hour Surf Lessons, 1.5-hour VSL Private Lessons, and VSL Group Lessons for friends, teams, or coworkers. Group lessons are available seven days a week and sessions are scheduled based on optimal wind, weather, and tides. All surf lessons include boards and wetsuits to ensure participants arrive ready to learn.
Youth offerings include Drop-In Half Day Surf Camp at Campus Point and Half Day Week Long Surf Camps in Santa Barbara and Campus Point. Camps serve children ages six to thirteen, operate with a 4:1 kid-to-instructor ratio, include structured beach activities, and provide certified instruction. The Campus Point week-long camp notes a pizza lunch on Fridays as part of the schedule.
SBSA Private Group Lessons and other private-group options allow organizers to choose dates and times with instructors confirming details prior to sessions.
