About This Adventure

Embark on an unforgettable adventure to the charming village of Boquillas, Mexico. Paddle through stunning landscapes, savor local delicacies, and hike to breathtaking overlooks. With expert guidance and opportunities to explore vibrant shops and restaurants, this unique experience blends culture, nature, and excitement for a day you won't forget.

A unique experience visiting the quaint Mexican Village of Boquillas. Far Flung staff will drive all guests to the Boquillas Crossing where, after a brief orientation from the National Park, we will meet our local representative. From here, will cross into Mexico and paddle canoes through the foothills of the Sierra del Caballo Muerto, learning about the history of the river and the village before stopping for a light lunch including a local delicacy. From here, our local guide will lead us on a challenging but beautiful hike to Boquillas Canyon Overlook. Afterwards, we will be driven back to the village for everyone to explore the various restaurants and shops the village has to offer before returning to the US.
