What is Freediving? We call it glorified snorkelling! Freediving is the art of taking a deep breath and diving down to explore the underwater world. It sounds dangerous, but in reality, it is deeply peaceful and relaxing. It offers everyone of any skill level, age, or competence the chance to explore our Blue Planet and catch a glimpse of life under the sea.

• There is no other expedition quite like ours (as far as we know!). • Our expedition goes for 2 hours, but it is not spent entirely in the water. We cover the basics of breathing, equalisation, breath holding and meditation on dry land to make the in-water experience more enjoyable. • Our expeditions are educational, and we cater the experience to suit your skill level. We aim to share a decade of dive knowledge to improve your snorkelling. • The ocean is completely wild, nothing stays still, and anything can appear unannounced. That is part of the fun and excitement of Freediving! There are no guarantees on what marine life we will see, but it really doesn’t matter as the experience is about learning new skills, putting yourself out of your comfort zone and enjoying the therapeutic effects of Freediving. We ask that you attend the day with an open mind and positive attitude. Give it a really good go and do the best you can!
