Are refunds available?

Sorry, no refunds are available. You can change the tour date or receive a credit toward a future tour stored in the booking system.

Can I sit with friends?

If you wish to sit together, email events@downsexplorer.org.au with names and date and the operator will do their best to seat you together.

No meals are included. Snacks, drinks and alcoholic beverages are available for purchase from the onboard café carriage.

Is the train accessible?

Ramps are provided and there is one step to navigate; passengers must be able to walk a few paces.

What if steam isn’t available?

Where steam is unavailable, the operator will replace it with a Heritage Diesel Locomotive; schedule changes may occur with short notice.
