Chuck Wagon Steak Dinner A fantastic steak dinner cooked to order over an Aspen wood fire by the renowned chuck wagon cooking duo Clayton and Rhonda Sanders. This meal also includes Dutch oven prepared side dishes, fire-roasted potatoes, perfectly seasoned cowboy beans, and peach cobbler for desert. Hot dogs are available for kids, if they desire. Guests can choose to dine at open-air tables or under a canvas-covered shelter.
Wagon Ride to The Show You will ride to this old time cowboy event on one of our five horse drawn covered wagons. The wagons depart from the stables at 5pm and wind through the beautiful Black Hills National Forest, arriving at our back country camp just in time for the show. Young and old alike will enjoy this wonderful family experience.
