About This Adventure

Join an LRC team member to combat invasive species in a beautiful park setting. This hands-on experience allows you to make a positive environmental impact while enjoying nature. Bring your gloves and water bottle, and help restore the ecosystem by removing plants like Privet and Japanese Honeysuckle. Your contribution matters!

You will join an LRC team member on a pre-selected part of the park and assist us in the removal of invasive species such as Privet, Winter Creeper, Japanese Honeysuckle, and many more.

Be Prepared

Closed-toe shoes and long pants are recommended. Bring a water bottle and your own gloves if you have a favorite pair. We will have tools, IvyX, and gardening gloves to lend, as needed.
