This boat launch is the busiest in Newaygo County as it has great parking but goes fast, so start early if driving yourself, large and wide boat launch and is located half-way between Croton and Newaygo so it is the perfect distance for many paddlers / floaters.
The Long Raft / Tube trip is very popular among guests so if you want this trip please book as early as you can so we can make sure you get desired start time.
Please don't be or bring a River Jerk. Enough of those in all our daily lives, no need for them on the river!
We include the rental equipment. the floatation devices, paddles if necessary and transportation of course! Bring Lunch, drinks, sunscreen, hats, suits, sunglasses all of that good stuff!
No glass bottles or Styrofoam coolers or glass bottles. We sell water shoes, phone bags, waterproof boxes, etc.
Choose secure, quick-drying shoes to protect your feet when launching and paddling through variable river terrain.
Use waterproof bags or leave valuables on shore to prevent loss or damage during your float.
Staying hydrated is key; carry a refillable bottle especially on warmer days.
Arrange a shuttle or a ride for your party ahead of time since the trip ends at a different location than the launch.
