##Ticket Pricing & Equipment Adult tickets are ages 11+ and will be able to operate the night vision goggle independently, whereas children 6-10 yrs will share with an adult. Due to the expensive nature of the equipment children under the age of 11 are not permitted to physically operate the goggles. We follow ALL FAA rules, laws, & regulations with regards to our equipment on tour.

**The goggles are disbursed (1) pair to every (2) adult travelers over the age of 11

Example: A group of two adults ages 11+ will be supplied with (1) goggle

Example 2: Groups of 3 adults (ages 11+)and 1 child will receive the same number of goggles as groups without children. For 3 adults and 2 children (6-10) you will receive 2 pairs of goggles. Odd numbered groups: A group of 3,5,7,9,11 and so on are provided (1) goggle for every two travelers. If a group of 3 is booked you will receive (2) goggles. Group of 5 will receive (3) goggles and so on.

5-day PUBLIC TOUR cancellation policy: This does not include Private tours & special WEATHER POLICIES APPLY-see below **ALL CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULE REQUESTS MUST BE MADE BY EMAIL: sedonaufotours@gmail.com Cancellations for groups of 6 people or less are accepted up to 5(five) days prior to your tour date for a full refund. Cancellation Fee for short term cancellation: If a traveler wishes to cancel within the standard (5-day) time period up to 3 days prior to your tour, this will hold a 50% cancellation fee and only 50% of your total booking will be refunded. Groups of 7 or more people: Cancellations are accepted up to 10-days prior to your tour date for a full refund. If cancellations are requested within this time period a 50% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.

RESCHEDULES: Reschedules of your tour date are accepted up to 3 days(72 hours)prior to your tour date. No refunds or tour fee differences will be refunded if a guest chooses a reschedule date with a lower rate. If a guest wishes to reschedule to a date that has a higher ticket price, the difference will be charged to the guest at the time of rescheduling.

PRIVATE TOUR & GROUP CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY: Private tours may be cancelled up to 30-days prior to your tour date for a full refund. Cancellation requests within the 30-day window will have cancellation fees: 30-15 days prior to your tour date(fee is 50% of your total booking). 14-7 days prior to your tour date (fee is 75% of your total booking). Any cancellation requests from 6 days before to the current day of your tour ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

-MINIMUM GUEST REQUIREMENT: Our tour does require a traveler minimum to operate because it is so unique and labor intensive. Our crew members begin preparations for this tour 3+ hours in advance whether the tour operates or not(due to weather situations). If there is any occasion where our minimum traveler requirement has not been met and a traveler cannot reschedule to another evening, travelers will be refunded in full.

-TOUR TIMES MAY CHANGE FROM WHEN YOU BOOKED IT DUE TO CURRENT SUNSET TIMES BY AS LITTLE AS 15 MIN OR AS MUCH AS 60 MINUTES. WE NOTIFY EVERYONE ON TOUR AS SOON AS WE HAVE A CONFIRMED TIME CHANGE.

• Travelers will need their own vehicles to participate in this tour as you will follow the tour guide to the viewing location. Please do not arrive in a LIFT, UBER, TAXI, or on foot for this tour as there is no private transportation available from our tour center, gift shop & café.
• UFO or stargazing tours can only operate with 30%+ or clearer skies(depending on the cloud type), little to no moisture, snow, rain, freezing temperatures, or heavy wind present. Please read our terms & conditions and the weather policies page BEFORE booking.

-WEATHER CANCELLATIONS: Please read ALL weather, cancellation & refund policies for this tour. TOUR CREDITS WILL NO LONGER BE ISSUED We will do our very best to operate each night's tour, however, there are rare cases that even after checking in and getting out to our tour location weather can change for better or worse. If a tour is started but cannot be finished OR is stopped early due to weather or safety concerns, guests will be refunded 50% of their total booking to the original form of payment used. If tours are cancelled prior to check in, a full refund will be provided. TOUR CREDITS WILL NO LONGER BE ISSUED. Cancelling a tour is at the sole discretion of the tour guide or owners.

MORE INFO: Should a day present with inclement weather issues, we will monitor the weather and we MAY call/text you at 30-60 minutes prior tour time to confirm the tour or check-in, reschedule for an alternate night, or provide a waitlist booking or full refund if future availabilities are previously sold out. Please make sure you have "OPTED IN' for text messages when you book as this is how we communicate updates to our travelers. UFO Tours are only conducted with 30% or clearer skies, no rain, snow, dust in the wind, low temperatures, or heavy wind advisories unless we have a large company group and then we may at our discretion attempt to do the tour. We also may cancel a tour at our discretion if temperatures have dropped below a safe level. Tours are no longer operated during the week of a FULL MOON due to the intensity of the light and damage to a guests eyes or our equipment. PLEASE DRESS WARMLY DURING WINTER MONTHS AS IT DOES GET VERY COLD IN SEDONA. JACKETS, GLOVES, SCARVES ETC ARE RECOMMENDED.

-Check-in time is 30 minutes prior to your scheduled tour departure time. Should a group or traveler not arrive by the check-in time, the tour will promptly leave to be started at the scheduled time out at the viewing location & no late check-in's will be permitted. No refunds, cancellations, or reschedules will be honored for late arrivals or no-shows.

-Please wear weather-appropriate clothing and closed toe shoes as we will be on uneven rocky ground. -Paved roads are provided most of the duration to the viewing location. We will only be on uneven/gravel road for approximately 200 feet going into the parking area.

-GROUP TOURS/DISCOUNTS: When tours are offered to a group at a discounted rate, all sales are final and all policies apply. No refunds are provided for late arrivals or no-shows.
