Identitat Wellness and Environment S. L. is an olive oil and agri‑tourism operator based in Horta de Sant Joan, Cataluña. The company runs immersive experiences centered on extra virgin olive oil at a restored 13th‑century mill in Orta and among nearby century‑old olive groves.
Activities include guided tastings, educational workshops, culinary maridatges and outdoor combinations such as a 23 km Via Verda cycle followed by an oil tasting. Tastings feature monovarietal and organic oils — Empeltre, Arbequina and Picual — paired on occasion with DO Terra Alta wine and local dishes. Options include vegan menus, family‑friendly treats like bread, oil and chocolate, and a traditional clotxa meal.
Educational programs cover olive biology, sustainable farming practices, sensory evaluation and common myths about olive oil and health benefits. In the "Taller Fes el Teu Oli" workshop participants blend and bottle a personalized 250 ml olive oil to take home. Group formats range from private tastings for families and friends to mixed public tours.
Identitat focuses on direct, place‑based experiences that combine landscape, history and taste. The use of a historic mill and emphasis on monovarietal, organic production supports transparency about origin and process. Guided sessions are led on site using local products, making the experiences relevant to visitors seeking culinary learning, cultural context, and outdoor activities in Terra Alta. Many experiences include food pairings such as Tastets maridatges gastronòmics amb oli with DO Terra Alta wine. The Via Verda + Tast d'Olis route features a gentle 23 km path suitable for all riders.
