Tour includes Snowshoes & Pole Rental, Professional Guides, Picnic Lunch & Hot Beverage Meet at Taos’ El Monte Sagrado Resort at 10:00 AM return to the same location at 2:30 PM.

You will caravan with your Guide to Amole Canyon, 20 minutes from the resort.

##What To Bring Your trailhead is located within Carson National Forest at 8250 feet. We recommend bringing:

  • Snow boots or comfortable waterproof boots
  • Layered thermal clothing
  • Warm gloves and hat
  • Sunglasses or snow goggles
  • Thermal Mug for Hot Beverage (optional)
  • Two water bottles or Camel-pack (water to fill bottles provided)
  • Backpack to stow your belongings
