Join us for a spectacular Sunset Paddle of Matlacha! Learn about the unique creatures that make our estuary their home from Dolphin to Manatee to Skates and Rays! Spot roosting birds and jumping fish as we meander up windy shrouded mangrove trails. On our way back we’ll search for Manatee and Dolphin as we paddle towards the best Sunset view in Matlacha! Our experienced and knowledgeable Guides are ACA Certified Kayak & SUP Instructors & Florida Master Naturalists well versed on Florida’s ecology and natural history & skilled at spotting local wildlife! Approximately 2 hours long. Guide Gratuity not included. Max Weight Capacity per rider may not exceed 300 Pounds

Inclement Weather Policy: Here at Gulf Coast Kayak your safety and comfort are our highest priorities! If we need to cancel your Kayaking or SUP excursion due to inclement weather, we will contact you ONE HOUR prior to your scheduled departure time and do our best to reschedule you. If there is threat of a thunderstorm, lightning, high winds or other severe weather, we will not put you on the water.
Arrive at least 15 minutes before your tour to receive kayak and life jacket fittings ensuring comfort on the water.
Keep your phone, camera, and valuables dry with a waterproof bag or case for the kayak.
Protect your skin while keeping the environment safe by choosing biodegradable, reef-safe sunscreen.
Maintain a respectful distance from dolphins and manatees to avoid disturbing these protected species.
