Take the route less traveled on this outing!!! This trail starts at our AOW office with Jeep Tour transfer to the trail head in North Cheyenne Canyon. Start hiking on the historic Shortline Railroad bed and slowly climbs to the St. Mary's cut off at 8000′. A smooth start gives way to the lush forest tucked along Little Fountain Creek. The footpath becomes a little more challenging after this, but the babbling brook is your charismatic friend along the way leading you to the base of St. Mary’s Falls. A beautiful waterfall cascade, this is the perfect destination for sights, sounds, and meditation!!!
