If the Aurora does not appear to the eye or camera, and the night had been marked as a “guaranteed” outing, you’ll receive:
An “Aurora Guarantee” night is determined based on real-time solar activity, satellite imaging, and sky clarity forecasts.
If our team believes viewing potential is low, we’ll reach out prior to departure with your options.
If any amount of Aurora is visible to the eye or camera during the outing, the night will be considered fulfilled under the terms of our Aurora Guarantee.
