About This Adventure

Experience a transformative Forest Bathing Walk at Reiman Gardens, guided by certified expert Brandy Case Haub. Engage your senses through seasonal activities that promote wellness, reduce stress, and enhance cognitive function. Enjoy a meditative stroll in nature, culminating in a cozy indoor gathering with warm beverages. Perfect for all abilities!

Enjoy an embodied awareness walk through the beautiful garden spaces at Reiman Gardens!

Explore your senses with a Forest Bathing Walk every season, with activities unique to each one.

Forest therapy, inspired by Shinrin-yoku, the Japanese philosophy of "forest bathing," boosts immunity, lowers blood pressure and stress hormones, prevents and relieves stress and anxiety, and increases cognitive functioning.

Brandy Case Haub, Certified Forest Therapy Guide and owner of Intertwined: Nature + Forest Therapy, will lead participants of all abilities on a slow, meditative walk where less than a ½ mile is covered. Brandy will use techniques to support participants in entering a state of embodied awareness, moving through a series of “invitations” to support tuning into the senses, allowing participants to move into a liminal space, and experience resulting wellness benefits.
