We usually arrive in Milford Sound at approximately 2pm. We aim to depart at 3.30pm, or earlier if all booked passengers are ready to depart.
We also offer Te Anau to Queenstown, which is booked separately. All drop off addresses must be Frankton or Central Queenstown… sorry no outer suburbs this year.
The Milford Road can be a grueling exercise, leave early and be aware of weather reports. Due to cyclists frustration in previous years, we cannot wait if you, and your cycle, are not loaded on time. This is your responsibility to ensure your cycle and gear are safely and securely loaded. Generally we have boxes, or bins, to help ensure each persons gear is keep separate.
Book early. Ringing on the day may mean you miss a ride. We need to know in advance which size vehicle/trailer is required, so the correct driver is rostered. There is no coverage for most of the Milford Road!
Do not book one provider, then travel with another! This is totally unethical!
Thank you and safe cycling! Mina
