What is your cancellation policy?

No refunds are available; you can change the tour date or receive a credit toward a future tour stored in the booking system.

Is food and drink available onboard?

Yes—the onboard cafe carriage sells snacks, drinks and alcoholic beverages (BYO alcohol is not permitted). Carry cash if you expect mobile blackspots.

Is the train accessible?

Ramps are provided and there is one step to navigate; passengers should be able to walk a few paces. Toilets are available on each carriage.

Will the train always be steam-hauled?

No—where steam is unavailable the service uses a heritage diesel locomotive; any changes will be communicated prior to departure.
