Experience the ultimate summer escape with our 5-mile Gila float trip, perfect for cooling off in Arizona's heat. Enjoy a leisurely 3 to 3.5-hour journey, or join our Happy Hour float at sunset for a relaxing hour on the water. Gather friends and make unforgettable memories in nature!
At 5 miles long it is our longest float trip. Beginning at the confluence of the Gila, this day trip will be a wonderful relief to the harsh Arizona summer. Approximate float time is 3 - 3 1/2hrs.
9:00am - 1:00pm every hour on the hour
Join us every afternoon for HAPPY HOUR! Come join us as the sun is setting and the day is cooling off. Bring your favorite beverages and some ice and have a great float from the Ocean to Ocean bridge back to West Wetlands. This float lasts about an hour. If the water is higher we will launch from the Levy road upriver another mile. Tubes must be returned by 6pm.
9:00am - 4:00pm every hour on the hour
M-F there is a minimum requirement of 4 people per group. SAT-SUN there is NO REQUIREMENT!!! Groups 20+: A down deposit will be taken to reserve your tubing trip!!! All tubes are DUE IN BY 6 P.M.!!!

The desert sun intensifies near water; use waterproof sunscreen and wear a wide-brim hat.
Use dry bags to keep your belongings safe and prevent items from falling into the river.
Drink plenty of water before and during the float to avoid dehydration under the hot Arizona sun.
