You’ll be fishing on a classic Carolina built 45’ Myron Harris sportfisher. The boat accommodates up to 6 guests in a spacious air-conditioned cabin, including a full size electric flush head. A single modern Cummins QSM11 engine, installed in 2019, pushes the Saltwalker to a comfortable cruising speed of 15kts, perfect for landing a wahoo on the way to the tuna grounds. Setting this vessel apart from any other in its class is the extremely large Cockpit, complete with mezzanine bench seat, bean bags, live well and washdown hookups, and two large Yeti coolers for fish and drinks. From here you will be fishing only quality tackle and equipment from brands like Shimano, Aftco, Garmin, and Nomad.
Co-Captains Bryan and Chris have both been fishing aboard the Saltwalker for years and know the boat inside and out, originally starting on the boat in its previous home of Texas before bringing it to the keys in 2021. With more than two decades of professional offshore fishing Experience between them, both captains have quickly adjusted to Keys fishing and have each made podium finishes at multiple local tournaments.
