DON'T FORGET: • Extra clothes, water, towels. (We recommend that you wear comfortable clothes, hiking or closed-toe shoes)
REQUIREMENTS: • All participants must be in good (average) physical condition and physically capable of walking through steep, rocky, muddy trails for long periods, and have balance to walk by uneven surfaces. • No flip flops or open toe shoes allowed. • For El Yunque Hiking tour: Children must be 2 years or older. • For Bio Bay Tour: Children must be 6 years or older. • For the Bio Bay Kayak tour, the maximum weight per person is 250 lbs. • Pregnant women cannot participate. • NOT SUITABLE for people with previous injuries, back or knee problems or recent surgery, afraid of altitudes, other serious medical conditions. • Legally blind or deaf persons are not able to participate due to the same. A Private tour would be the most appropriate option on these cases.
