Stand Up Paddling Boarding (SUP) is a growing water sport easily accessible to all skill levels. It provides a relaxing experience to enjoy the calm surrounding waters. The boarding session can also offer a full body workout while enjoying serene ocean views. Experience a peaceful paddle up a river to a beautiful waterfall. Meditate and have fun with some yoga poses on the SUP surrfboard.
