About This Adventure

The payment of Course Fees guarantees TRAINING, not necessarily certification. Certification is EARNED only by successfully meeting all applicable standards ,objectives and depths. OBJECTIVE: Learn safety procedures and equalization techniques to comfortably freedive between 75ft/25m - 100ft/30m and a max depth of 120ft/40m. Gain the skills and knowledge to dive deeper and set new personal records. Freediving is about testing yourself and discovering what you are truly capable of.

  • 4 hour Classroom
  • 8 hour Pool
  • 12 hour Ocean

  • Surface procedures

We begin with a thorough review of breathing techniques and safety protocols. Included in the course is a neck weight workshop which will help to balance your weighting and improve your drops.

Then over 2 weekends we hop in the pool to review safety protocols, and train our bodies for depth and distance.

Split over the 2 weekends of pool we will be diving for depth, reviewing safety protocols, working on equalization and warmup routines to improve your comfort for deeper dives.


DIVER REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 75ft/25m Depth
  • 15 years or older (parent/guardian release is required)

Any participant under the age of 18 will REQUIRE:

  • The parent/guardian to be listed as the main point of contact.
  • A SEPARATE email & phone number for the parent/guardian and the minor participating in the course.

GEAR REQUIREMENTS:

  • Swimsuit & towel
  • Low Volume Mask & J-Tube Snorkel
