About

Learn to skipper an auxiliary-powered cruising catamaran (30 to 45 feet) in a comprehensive two-day course. Held over two consecutive days from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM each day, this hands-on course takes place on inland and coastal waters in moderate to heavy wind and sea conditions (up to 30 knots). You’ll gain practical knowledge of catamaran structure, key components and features, sailing and motoring performance, onboard systems, seamanship and safety, heavy weather handling, and emergency response.

  • Option to live aboard the boat overnight while taking the 2-day course based upon availability and for an extra fee.
