Q. Whats Covered in the $2,500 course cost?

A. With us almost everything, consider all this below.

##Your Choice of 5 speciality courses

  • Free Rental Gear if you need it
  • Tank Hire and Air Fills
  • 30% off all Diving, air fills and Courses with us for life

Q. What’s the difference between Dive Master and Master Scuba Diver?

A. The PADI Master Scuba Diver™ rating is a recreational diving achievement that denotes outstanding levels of training and experience.

Often misunderstood, a Master Diver has taken the time to gain the Skills / Knowledge / Experience to be comfortable diving in most environments. It is the highest possible level of Recreational Diver.

Only 2% of divers become PADI Master Scuba Divers, but Master Scuba Divers are not dive professionals. A Master Scuba Diver rating alone does not qualify someone to work in the diving industry.

You are however world renowned as someone in an elite group of respected divers who have earned this rating through both significant experience and scuba training. Divers know the that you’ve spent time underwater in a variety of environments and had your share of dive adventures.

It is basically someone who knows and is formally recognised as a "Master" of the underwater world.

Q. What courses should I choose?

A. Most Master Divers are either gaining courses in a specific area of interest, or they are looking to move into a specific type of diving and are preparing for their next steps.

If you were, for example, looking to become a Tec Diver you might choose:

  • Nitrox
  • Sidemount
  • Dry Suit
  • Cavern
  • Deep

Which are all courses that are either required to enter into a Tec Program or are useful for you in a Tech Environment.

Photographers however, will have a different focus:

  • Nitrox
  • Peak Buoyancy
  • Photography / Videography
  • Self Reliant Diver
  • Naturalist

If you where studying Marine Biology, and were needing your Scientific Diver Qualification, you would be considering the following to assist you.

  • Nitrox
  • Navigation
  • Naturalist
  • O2 Provider
  • Full Face Mask

All of these courses are pre-requisite requirements of the courses covered in the Scientific Diver Course.

As you can see the options and mix of courses can be highly specific for individuals. If you are considering what's next for you, this package deal is one that you should not miss out on.

Generally however all Master Divers take Nitrox, which is why it is often their first course.
