About
Santa and Mrs. Claus are SO excited to be in the encounter with you and your group! These group tours will consist of up to twenty-five guests. These are on a strict schedule; you must be on time for this event. Bring your boots and let’s get in the pen with some Reindeer! We will start out learning about them, get some memorable photos and hang out with them! It’s all about the REINDEER! Invite all of your friends and family for a magical new tradition that you’ll be sure to enjoy! These encounters are 30 minutes in length with memories that last forever! Reindeer encounters book fast so plan your visit today! Enjoy the rest of the farm before or after your reindeer encounter during our normal business hours! Make sure to dress for the weather this is an outside event! We look forward to your visit!
Rules
- Arrive for your scheduled encounter 15 min early. These are scheduled events with limited time slots. If you are late you will forfeit the up-close encounter portion of your visit.
- All children under 3 must be held while in the reindeer pen.
- No strollers or car seats inside encounter area.
- No running or horse play.
- Must listen to staff members at all times
- Failure to comply will end your encounter without refund.
- You are participating at your own risk.
- Tickets can be rescheduled with a 72 hour notice as long as we have the availability.
- Sanitization is key to keeping our reindeer healthy. Goats and sheep are deadly to reindeer. If you have been around them you must change your clothes and shoes before visiting the farm.
- Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult with a ticket for the reindeer encounter.
