The duration of the rental begins on the day and time of delivery of the car and ends on the day and time of return of the car. Each rental day consists of 24 hours.

Payments can be made by credit card of the circuits: VISA, MASTERCARD, Cash and with PAYPAL

• Valid identity document + Driving license as follows: A) National or international category B driving license not equivalent.
• Minimum age 21 years.
• Driving experience is required. After signing the contract, if the customer does not have experience, a refund will not be made.

Note: Documents in original format must be presented at the time of rental. Photos or copies are not accepted.

Thefts: In the event of partial or total theft of the vehicle, the customer is obliged to return to Rental Car Positano the originals of the vehicle keys and the theft report submitted to the competent authorities. The customer will be charged as a penalty a sum equal to the commercial valuation of the vehicle reported by Eurotax Giallo at the time of the theft, in addition to the value of the optional extras and any fittings.
