Our USCG-certified captain will discuss your desired activities and take you to the best locations to catch lobsters. Snorkeling gear, nets, and prodding poles are included. This year, the mini-season falls on July 24th and 25th. There are two five-hour trips daily—8 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. Up to Six People. The bag limit is six lobsters per person. Our USCG-certified captain will discuss your desired activities and take you to the best locations to catch lobsters. Mini Lobster Season is a highly anticipated event every year. If you have never experienced the frenzy, you don't know what you are missing. The State of Florida created a short sportsman season to allow recreational users to catch lobsters before traps are deployed and the commercial season begins. This season became known to divers and snorkelers worldwide as "Mini Lobster Season."
