This introductory night sky packrafting trip in Rocky Mountain National Park will take you to Lily Lake to learn this activity, learn about the park and look up at the night sky from the water. Only five (5) participants can paddle at a time during our packrafting trips. Please check the forecast before booking. If we must cancel a reservation due to weather, we will work with you to reschedule the trip or you will receive a refund.

All mixed-group trips are open to the public to join and we will actively try to fill open spots unless you purchase a Private Trip.
If you purchase a Private Trip, your group will be the only participants on the trip.

We start at your scheduled start time between 7:00pm and 10pm and end the trip no more than 2 hours after your start time.

Clothing for all weather (base layers, mid layers, puffy, long pants and long sleeve shirts), water shoes or sandals (or packraft barefoot), beanie, etc. Please reach out if you would like assistance preparing for your trip!
We cover the timed entry reservation but since this trip does not go through a park entrance station, you won't need to purchase a park entrance pass.
Participants ages 12-17 may participate in mixed group trips and must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Participants ages 8-11 may only participate in private trips and must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
No participants ages 7 and younger may participate in our packrafting trips.
All minor participants must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the entirety of the expedition. If either the minor or the guardian needs to exit at any time during the expedition, both must exit together.
We make every effort to uphold the scheduled itinerary but do not guarantee completion of the scheduled itinerary. After departure, we reserve the right to alter, omit or adapt any part of the itinerary, without allowance of refund, for reasons beyond our control (weather, natural hazards, participant fitness, etc.) or due to the needs of the group.
You shall bear all risk and responsibility of and for any and all damage to the packrafting equipment used during this guided trip, and shall pay Rewilding Expeditions the full cost of repair or replacement plus the cost of any revenue lost while equipment is repaired or replaced.
If you cancel your reservation seven days or more prior to your trip start date, you will receive a fifty percent refund. Within seven days of your trip start date there are no refunds.
If you are unable to join a single day trip due to an illness or other circumstances, we will offer a credit toward a future trip in equal amount to your payment. This credit must be used within one year of your original trip start date.
We will assess weather conditions immediately prior to our trip start time to determine if a we must cancel with full refund. We only cancel trips due to dangerous weather conditions and after exhausting all other rescheduling options. If conditions are less than ideal (i.e. completely cloudy skies), we may push back the start time and wait for the skies to clear. If cloudy skies are forecasted to persist for the duration of your scheduled trip, you will have the option to continue the trip and participate in a fun-filled educational experience under cloudy skies or we will work to reschedule your trip to an alternative date. It is common to have partially cloudy skies with intermittent clouds and stars, so we usually continue with the trip under these conditions. After exhausting all other scheduling options, if we are unable to find a suitable weather window during your stay, we will provide a full refund of your purchase and hope to see you the next time you visit Estes Park.
