A perfect trek if you do not have the time to do the regular trek to the Everest base camp. This trek is designed to hike to EBC and fly out in a chartered helicopter. This Everest Base Camp trekking package has been designed to offer views uniquely different from what other trekking companies provide. We do this by taking trekkers to the base of one of the most beautiful mountains in the region – Amadablam. Trekkers rarely visit the base camp at Amadablam, and the hike up to Amadablam base camp takes you along the tree line into a high-altitude alpine forest and through summer pastures with stunning views of the Maha Langgur range. This cannot be seen from the main trail to Everest Base Camp. We also bypass the congested Tengboche Monastery area, and trekkers stay at the village of Pangboche, where the “responsible” in our adventures brings business to the lodge owners here who need the income.
Am I too young or old? Most of our clients, from 3 years old to some in their 70s, have done and completed their treks with almost no exercise or training.
Do you offer hotel/airport pick up? We offer hotel and airport pickup. As you continue your booking, you will have an option to input flight details or hotel names.
Do I need a Visa? A visa for Nepal can be acquired on arrival at the Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu, and at border entry points in Kakadvitta, Birgunj, Bhairahawa, Nepalgunj, Gaddachowki on the Nepal-India border and Kerung on the Nepal-China border. A visa can also be obtained outside of Nepal at the nearest Nepal Embassy or Diplomatic Mission. For more information, go to the Department of Immigration, Kalikasthan, Kathmandu.
