Do not be afraid of the roots! Learn the skills needed to tackle technical roots when riding flat terrain, climbing hills and during descents. We will also work on riding steep trails, rocky terrain, through muddy and slick conditions and over natural drops. We will discuss suspension set-up and tire pressure for technical, wet conditions.

Prerequisites: Beginning Mountain Biking course or comfortable riding Hillside or Kincaid single track.
