About This Adventure

Experience a scenic two-hour horseback ride through hilly terrain, covering a picturesque 6-mile loop. Departing from the Chico Horse Barn, you'll be treated to stunning views of the Gallatin and Absaroka Mountain Ranges, with snow-capped peaks adding to the beauty. Plus, the nearby Chico Hot Springs enhances this memorable adventure!

Please make sure you check the fitness requirements on our Fitness requirement chart and arrive 30 minutes before scheduled ride.

The two hour ride lets you see a bit of country from the saddle, roughly a 6 mile loop. We leave the Chico Horse Barn and head out into the open prairie where the terrain is somewhat hilly. The views are well worth the entrance fees I've been told;) The Gallatin Mountain Range, the Absoroka Mountain Range... The peaks should hold snow until mid June??? What can I say, it's a beautiful place for a shorter ride. Chico Hot Springs are right there!!
