Children are invited to discover what it was like to grow up in Lexington 200 years ago! Join us for a Girl Scout event featuring an interactive tour and hands-on activities.
The event includes visiting ten historic room settings, playing old-fashioned games, making a fan, and other hands-on fun! After the tour, the group has a light snack. Each youth participant will get an activity booklet and MTL House pin.
The event is limited to 24 children--Brownies, Junior Girl Scouts, OR non-Scouts ages 7-10. Limit of 10 adult chaperones. Pre-registration required by September 2 by booking online or calling (859)-233-9999.
Mary Todd Lincoln was born in 1818 and lived in Lexington until she was 20 years old. The House is decorated to represent the years the Todd family lived in it, from 1832-1849.
