Explore the greatest sites and find out why The Highlands is so special for many.
On our way to Glencoe, the day will start with a stop at Urquhart Castle to appreciate the ruins overlooking Loch Ness. Before exploring the castle ruins, watch a great video introducing the history of this majestic construction. Driving the length of Loch Ness, the next quick stop will be Fort Augusts, a pretty village located at the southwest end of Loch Ness. Take the opportunity to have a great view of Loch Ness and a nice coffee or hot chocolate. Glencoe will be our next stop. The volcanic mountains are impressive and the landscape is an unforgettable one. There will be time to walk around, to talk your own time to admire the scenery. Glenfinnan will be the last stop of the day before heading back to Inverness. There will be an opportunity to visit the Visitor Centre, the Glenfinnan Monument, and see Glenfinnan Viaduct.

There will be some climbing of steep gradients and long walking on uneven paths during the trip, buggies, and prams will not be able to be used.
On the West Coast, there will be an abundance of midges, which can distress people.
