Can I sit with my friend?

How do I change or cancel my booking?

What about food allergies or special dietary needs?

Will steam always be used?

Steam locomotives are used when available; where steam is unavailable a heritage diesel locomotive will replace it without compensation but with notice where possible.

Is the trip accessible?

Ramps are available at stations but you must be able to walk a few paces; there is one step to board carriages and toilets are available on the platform and in carriages.
