Swim in a natural reserve We'll meet at the Lido Galomar Bathing Complex, where we'll start our sea swim.
Then we will swim along the Natural Reserve of Garajau, in one of the best swimming spots in the south coast of the Island.
According to your swimming level we can adapt the swimming distance.
We will finish our training session at Galo Resort ready to enjoy the rest of the day on the island.
Garajau waters are temperate but open sea conditions can vary; choose the distance that suits your ability.
Protect your skin and the marine ecosystem by applying reef-safe sunscreen before the swim.
Keep your belongings dry and secure at the start and end points with a waterproof bag or pouch.
Avoid touching underwater flora and fauna to help preserve the nature reserve’s delicate ecosystem.
