Lane Cove’s riverside trails often harbor mosquitoes and bugs, so repellent helps keep distractions at bay.
Hydrate during the walk and protect your skin, especially on sunny days along exposed sections of the trail.
Layer clothing to adapt; a light rain jacket is useful in spring and fall, while warm gear is needed in winter.
