Relax your body and mind as you learn the practice of Shinrin Yoku through a series of invitations and activities .Listen to the forest soundscape on this restorative walk, experience woodland scents, sights,textures and taste foraged teas and treats.

Important to Know

This experience can go ahead in all weathers, so please come prepared for it all. It is essential that you bring rain gear and wear suitable footwear for walking through the forest terrain. We will be still and sitting down a lot, make sure you wear extra layers to keep you warm and cosy, to get the best experience possible. I would also recommend bringing a mat to sit/lie on.

We will meet 5 mins before the scheduled start time at the picnic benches in the main car park of the Nature Reserve.
