This boat includes a heavy-duty extruded center keel with 2 formed in bottom keels, formed in spray rails, beefy traverse and longitudinal ribs, extruded gunnels, stern corner castings with handles and bow casting with handle, split stern seats, 2 split center benches, and a full-forward bench. This is the perfect 16ft aluminum v-haul for all the fisherman’s needs. With a 9.9hp EFI motor, this boat is great for a day of fishing on the lake. Or even just a slow cruise around the lake. This holds up to 4 people max or 600 lbs total, whichever comes first. (No pets allowed)
There are trout, bass, catfish, carp, and crappie in the lake. The lake is stocked with rainbow trout regularly by the Department of Fish and Game and County hatcheries. The Big Bear Fishing Association also stocks trophy-sized trout for contests and special events.
Fishing is generally best during the early mornings or late evenings or during the early spring, fall, and winter months when the water is too cold for pleasure boaters and skiers.
There is no ice fishing allowed on the lake.
PLEASE NOTE: You cannot purchase multiple hourly, half-day, or full-day rentals to equal an extended rental time.
