Where the whole family work together, learning about horses, ranching, riding and how to have fun the ol fashion way
After check in we meet at the barn. For today, we are going to learn how to groom and saddle a horse, and then ride out (45min) on the ranch for a little trail ride. Evening is Chuckwagon supper, BBQ and s'mores, but before we eat, we take care of the animals
Early morning feeding of the animals, then we will get ready for todays ride (1h) that will be by the Medina River. Before we head out, its a hearty Chuckwagon Breakfast served
Just a mile outside Bandera the Cowboy Capital you will find our ranch, secluded, and yet so close. The Ranch is 89ac with horse and cow pastures, barn, the owners homestead and the two guest cabins.
The Longhorn Cabin is 14*28 and has a bedroom with queen size bed, a main room with a double bed, bathroom/shower and mini fridge and coffee machine
The Coyote Cabin is 14*40 and has a bedroom with queen bed, a fully equipped kitchen and main room with a queen bed, bathroom & shower and a deck outside
