Looking for fun for the entire family? This tour offers a variety of Arctic experiences. Meet the lovable huskies and reindeer, and enjoy a short, thrilling husky ride. You'll love watching your child try on snowshoes, cross-country skiing, and experiencing the excitement of the toboggan slide! The kids will even get to ride delightful mini snowmobiles. The experience includes a tasty lunch at Restaurant Aitta, making your day of snowy adventures complete.

Please note

For a child to participate in the tour, a supervising adult must always accompany them. This tour is not available for booking for kids unaccompanied by adults.

The mini snowmobile is suitable for children aged 5 to 10, with a weight limit of 50 kg. The child must be capable of controlling the mini snowmobile independently. Parents cannot drive the mini snowmobiles with their children for safety reasons.

Special diet options (vegetarian, gluten-free, etc.) are available upon request.

How do I get to the activity?

If you stay at Apukka Resort:

• Arrive at the meeting point 10 min. before the start of the activity.

If you need transportation:

• The price of the activity includes transfers to and from Apukka Resort with our shuttle bus.
• The bus stops are located at Rovaniemi city center (Korkalonkatu 32, Rovaniemi) and Santa Claus Village’s bus stop, situated by the main road (Road E75).
• Choose the pick-up point during the booking process.
• You will receive an email with the pick-up details.
• Please be at the bus stop at least 10 minutes before the given departure time.
• The transfer won’t wait, so punctuality is essential!
• If you’re late for the transfer, the tour won’t be refunded.

If you arrive by car:

• You can park your car in Apukka’s parking lot (Tutkijantie 28, Rovaniemi).
• Arrive at least 20 min before the activity starts.
• Pick up your winter gear from the Apukka Adventures dressing room.
• Wait at the meeting point until the tour begins.
