- Bookings can only be Friday 1:00 pm to 8:00 am Monday Morning
- Machines can be booked on Thursdays if no department ride has been scheduled.
- Employees can checkout 2 machines. Only one of which can be a RZR OR General, the second can be Ranger or ATV. It is allowed to book two Rangers or two ATVs or a combination. Examples: An employee can book a General or RZR and an ATV or Ranger but not another RZR or a General. An employee cannot book two Generals or two RZRs or a combination of the two.
