Join our naturalists for a driving tour of the Savannah National Wildlife Refuge where we will look for birds, reptiles, and everything else the refuge has to offer!

  • Return around 1:30pm depending on traffic

About

This is a driving tour through the Savannah National Wildlife Refuge on wildlife drive with the hopes of seeing a diversity of waterfowl and other bird species. The naturalist will be driving our 13-person passenger van, and we ask that everyone participating ride in the van to reduce the number of cars in the refuge.

  • Children ages 6 and under require parent or guardian to attend. Children 7-17 may be dropped off.
  • Advance registration required
  • Must present club card upon arrival.

What to bring?

  • Binoculars and scopes will be provided, but feel free to bring your own.
  • Comfortable walking shoes and warm clothing for the times we do exit the van.
  • Reusable travel mug as we will have hot coffee and apple cider available
